1. You own it
By uploading, you confirm that you are the artist or rights holder, or are authorised by every rights holder, for the song (composition and recording) and the video (including all footage and anyone who appears in it). You confirm the upload contains no samples, beats, footage or artwork you do not have permission to use.
2. Permission to broadcast
You keep ownership of your work. You grant HotHits a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to stream and broadcast the upload on HotHits channels (website, apps and TV platforms), and to display your artist name and song title, until you ask us to remove it.
3. Content rules
No sexually explicit material, hate speech, incitement to violence, or illegal content. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's consent.
4. Removal
HotHits may decline, remove or stop broadcasting any upload at any time without notice, including after a rights complaint. You can remove your own upload at any time using the removal link we email you, or the Remove my upload option on this page. You can also email info@futuretv.co.za with your upload reference.
5. Responsibility
You are responsible for any claim that your upload infringes someone else's rights, and you agree to cover HotHits' losses arising from such a claim. No payment or royalties are owed for uploads unless separately agreed in writing.
6. Your information
We store your artist name, email, IP address and upload time to run the service and to handle ownership disputes. We do not sell this information.
7. Stream only
Uploaded files are never made available for download or browsing by visitors.
